Kitchen Restoration and Remodel in Rental

The flooring in this home had been ruined due to the many water damages that had gone unattended for years. The property managers of this rental have used SERVPRO of Jamestown/Olean to help clean up water damages before.

We started out with removing the old flooring and making sure it was dry and disinfected. We then did the same with the inside and outside of the cabinets. We wanted to make sure that everything was clean and disinfected before the new flooring and cabinets were installed.

The property managers were very thankful for the work we were able to do. The homeowners were grateful to put the rental back on the market.
